my weight stayed the same.. i ate healhy all week and then blew it on christmas :( but i lost 3 inches in my waist and 1 inch in my hips!! so the number on the scale doesn’t determine everything i guess! continue eating healthy and exercising my lovlies! you can do it! lose that weight!
enjoy the food, but remember portion sizes! also, eat less mashed potatoes and sweets and more salads, fruits, and veggies :) i’m on a posting-break right now until i get back in town later tonight. merry christmas everyone and god bless you and your healthy bods ;)
for breakfast I had an Ideal Protein chocolate drink mix. for lunch I just had Ideal Protein tomato and basil soup mix, 1 cup of cauliflower mixed in my soup, 1/2 cup tomatoes mixed in my soup, 1/2 cup cucumbers on top of a salad. for a snack later i’ll have an ideal protein white chocolate cinnamon bar. for supper, i’m going to a dinner party with my family, so i’ll have to find a healthy salad with meat and vegetables on the menu. AND WATER ALL DAAAAY :)
Only lost 1 pound since last tuesday… :( Kind of bummed. I lost 1 inch in my hips though!! My bad results were expected though. I’ve been cheating a lot. Finals = study sessions at Starbucks…therefore, I get their holiday drinks that are packed with all kinds of unhealthy things. After Christmas, I’m going so hardcore though. I just need all of these temptations out of the way!
